KOREAN STIR FRY TOFU

Image
This Korean Tofu stir fry is my go to Quick, Easy and Healthy recipe which I make quite often. The best part is it taste Restaurant style and my husband think I have put in a lot of effort making it ;-). Tofu VS Paneer (Indian Cheese) I always opted for paneer, but no more. I have this amazing recipe which taste as good as paneer and its DAIRY FREE option too. I kind off avoid dairy as I get acne flare ups if I consume too many dairy products.  Note: Make sure you buy organic tofu and if possible sprouted one. With all this GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms)thing going on its better to stick with organic stuff. Ingredients *1 packet of extra firm organic tofu * 4 tablespoon of of chopped green onion (more the better) * 3 tablespoon of low sodium soysauce * 2 teaspoon of minced garlic or dry garlic ( fresh taste better)  * 1 teaspoon grated ginger * 1 teaspoon of red chili powder or cayenne pepper * 2 teaspoon of sesame seeds * 2 pinch of brown or regular sugar...I sometimes ...

My hair is excessively dry and frizzy. Specifically on days when I wash my hair they become unmanageable. So I am always on a look out for products to deal with frizzy and dry hair. With so many hair care commercial products in market which are expensive as well as full of chemicals its hard to decide whether its worth spending money on them or not. So I make sure that if  I can make it,I don't buy it. For me DIYs work best, not only they are dirt cheap but also very easy and effective.  This amazing Hair Rinse which I discovered recently do wonders for my hair. Image
If your are like me who like sugary stuff and can add a bit of sugar in any veggie or lentil or curry, then you will be definitely loving this dish and will make it  quite often as I do. This post of mine is dedicated to Daadasa ( my grand father in law). Just like me he also can sprinkle a small amount of sugar in just any thing. He is fond of sweet tasting stuff not just sweets in particular. So whenever we make kele ki sabji, its a treat for him. BTW he is my Daadasa :-) This recipe is so simple and easy to make that I can make it everyday as a side dish with lentils or any other veggie. I skip salty chili pickle that day and stuff my plate with this amazing stuff.  And before I forget to mention this dish I learned from my sweet mother in law.  So lets get started. You will need: 1. 2 Semi ripe bananas  2. Ghee ( Clarified butter) 1 tablespoon. 3. Tumeric powder 1/2 teaspoon 4. Dhana Powder 2 teaspoon 5. Red Chili powder 1 1/2 tsp  6. Cumin seeds and p...

DIY FLOATING RANGOLI

Image
DIY FLOATING RANGOLI I am not a very good rangoli artist. I always wondered how people create beautiful art work with dry colors. Rangoli always fascinates me. But one thing I always felt bad is after putting so much effort, in a day or two the artist has to clean up the artwork. Unlike other artworks its not permanent.  This gave me the idea to make the floating rangoli and this time it can be cherished and displayed forever. So lets unfold the process and have fun. Gather your Supplies: Pencil  Colored foam sheets Paint Brush Sketch Pens or Sharpies Water Colors 3 D Paint Varnish Scissors Process: 1. Draw a flower shape. You can draw any flower shape you like. 2.Now outline the flower with some bold colors. I used dark green color for the yellow sheet. Prep Your Skin Before Waxing: Gear up for the battle

Prep Your Skin Before Waxing: Gear up for the battle Few weeks ago one of my friend mentioned about how she is facing problems related to ingrown hair and  noticing small dark spots all over her leg. Her dermatologist suggested to avoid waxing as she says it is the cause.I always thought its  because of shaving one experience such issues. But waxing always remained my safe bet. I also confirmed if she is getting the waxing  done from experienced  hands or not. So finally when nothing clicked why she is facing this problem I went on searching it on my favorite place Google, which has answers to all our problems. Really it has. Most of us experienced such problems after waxing, like small tiny hair here and there even after spending a hell lot of time in the salon, or ingrown  and dark spots after wax.  Here is the solution which will help us in gearing up for the battle. Of course it is highly recommended to go to a person who is experienced a...
