MEXICAN TACO RECIPE

These homemade tacos are perfect for days when you want something fancy on your plate but don't wanna spend much time in the kitchen. So friends this recipe takes no more than 30 minutes from start to finish. It will provide you with a good serving of protein and veggies and last but not the least will definitely satisfy your taste buds. It calls for assembling a few simple ingredients. So let's get rolling. MEXICAN TACO RECIPE  INGREDIENTS 1 can of black beans.  Store bought corn tortillas. In Ayurveda,(Indian Healing Science) Khichdi is considered Sattvik meaning pure. It has the power to heal many diseases as it is warm, light and restorative. Usually in Khichdi we use green split moong dal and basmati recipe. But for today I am using yellow toor dal(lentil) and dalia also known as  broken wheat/cracked wheat . Also, we will be adding a lot of veggies and spices and a SECRET ingredient :-). No more it will be called as food to which many of us turn when illness calls.  Toor dal has an immense amount of dietary fiber that helps to regulate bowel movements. EGGLESS ORANGE CAKE

So it is my Love's birthday and I decided to make the Orange Cake. I enjoy baking cakes as they are easy to make. Basically just need assembling of ingredients and proper measurements and you are good to go.  I have recently started baking and love every aspect of it. Especially the aroma, the whole house start smelling heavenly. The only challenge I face is to bake a super moist spongy cake without eggs.That's where most of the recipes fail. But trust me this is the   NO FAIL RECIPE. The cake turns out melt in mouth texture. I enjoyed the citrusy punch of orange bites in it. In all, it is a good eggless cake and a must try for those who are new bees in baking. Super easy cake with very fewer ingredients. BLUEBERRY MANGO ICED TEA

OMG! It is getting so hot nowadays. I love summers, but it is equally important to stay cool and hydrated. Cool off this summer with this thirst quenching and refreshing drink. It is easy to make and perfect to have while basking in the sun. Get ready for summers !! Stay Hydrated! Stay Healthy!! BLUEBERRY MANGO ICED TEA INGREDIENTS: 2 Peppermint or Mint tea bags  1 fresh Lime or Lemon 2 teaspoon Jaggery ( adjust to taste) 1 teaspoon Black  Salt 1/4th frozen Mango 1/4th frozen Blueberries METHOD Boil 2 cups water. Once water is boiled turn off the stove and add the tea bags. Let it steep for 10 minutes. Now let it cool down to room temperature.  Transfer it in a glass jar and add frozen fruit, black salt, jaggery, freshly squeezed lemon juice. Place the jar in the fridge and let he fruits sit in the tea for an hour. Now crush the fruit with a fork or spoon. This will help in releasing the flavor of fruits.  Now add ice or cold water.  ENJOY!!!!!!!!

Kickstart your day with this yummy healthy smoothie. The only sugar it has is from fruits and dates.  Over the past few years, I have been trying to make healthy changes in my diet and making healthy fruit blends is one of them. This is one of my favorite smoothie which I make quite often.
